Training and Organizational Development (T + OD) has developed a dynamic corporate curriculum of learning sessions for staff at all levels within Providence Care. Through our current and future offerings, we are developing leadership capacity that has become a natural part of Providence Care’s infrastructure.
Learning sessions have carefully been selected and designed to align with Providence Care's strategic goals. The focus of the sessions is to develop leadership competencies to enable a healthy and technically advanced culture. By participating in the offering of learning sessions staff will enhance core competencies needed in the work we do at Providence Care.
Throughout the year T + OD offers learning sessions and resources such as Performance Planning and Management training, Learning Plan Development, Mentoring, Coaching and Career Development programs.
These sessions are a result of our staff’s feedback to us. There is a diverse menu to choose from delivered by experienced and skilled adult educators. Our learning journey will benefit us provide health care for our clients, patients and residents.
