Providence Care is committed to supporting new health care professionals in the growth and development of their profession.  Graduates beginning their career at Providence Care meet and work with leading researchers, well-known and established physicians and medical staff, and inter-professional health care teams.

The Mental Health Nursing Residency Program offers new nursing graduates work experience at Providence Care's Mental Health Services site.  The International Graduate Pharmacy internship, offered through the Ontario College of Pharmacists, sponsors and provides work experience to international pharmacists in the Canadian credentialing process.
