 The Endymion Supportive Living Program provides assistance of daily living to individuals with permanent physical disabilities within a supportive living complex. A commitment to excellence in care is provided as part of Providence Care’s Mission to treat each person with dignity and compassion.
Attendant assistance is offered to clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The program serves individuals ages 16 and older. Clients are required to direct their own care, and should fully understand the nature of their disability.
Referrals are accepted from hospitals, physicians, social or community health agencies, as well as from friends, family, or the client themselves.
The Endymion Supportive Living Program office is located at Providence Manor, at 275 Sydenham Street, Kingston, Ontario. The program serves Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington counties.
Fees: Clients are responsible for their own rent and living expenses. The attendant support program is offered at no charge.
