ELIGIBILITY Who can be nominated? All staff and physicians at Providence Care can be nominated for a Providence Care Achievement Award.  This includes full-time, part-time and casual staff at all levels of the organization.  Individuals can be nominated and teams can be nominated. When nominating a team, be sure to clearly identify all team members.  NOTE: Providence Care Volunteers are recognized through the Providence Care Volunteer Awards. Who can put forward a nomination?
